Infant Tracheostomy: A 10-year experience in A Tertiary Centre

We aim to report our experience of infant tracheostomies in a period 10 years and discuss the indications, complications, outcome, follow-up. The patient's time ranged day nine months, with mean insertion being 95 days. most frequent indication prolonged ventilation (50%), followed by upper airway obstruction caused craniofacial anomaly (33%), subglottic stenosis (8%), laryngomalacia (8%).
